Al-Mutairi: The endowment portal application allows officials to evaluate the performance of employees
The Director of Human Resources and Administrative Development at the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Abdul Hamid Al-Mutairi announced the launch of the Awqaf portal application through smart phones.
In a statement to reporters, Al-Mutairi said that the application of the endowment portal through smart phones allows officials to evaluate the performance of employees for the year 2021 AD, and the application also allows the employee to view the results of his evaluation. Al-Mutairi continued, “The performance appraisal is one of the most important activities and operations of the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, as it helps the employee’s performance evaluation to measure the capabilities of employees at different job levels and verify the nature of their actions and behavior at work.
